HORECA Lebanon Marks 30 Years With a November Show at Beirut’s Seaside Arena
The organiser lists 10 to 13 November for the hospitality and foodservice trade fair, with culinary, barista and junior-chef competitions and a showcase of Lebanese-made products.

HORECA Lebanon, the annual hospitality and foodservice trade show, is scheduled to run from 10 to 13 November 2026 at the Seaside Arena in Beirut, according to the organiser’s website. Trade-press coverage earlier in the year gave April and May dates for the same 30th edition, so visitors should check the organiser’s site before booking.
The organiser, Hospitality Services, quotes more than 24,000 visitors, more than 400 exhibitors and more than 13,000 square metres of space. Hospitality News Magazine reported in March that this anniversary edition adds a third exhibition hall. Exhibitors cover food and beverage, hotel and kitchen equipment, technology, design and hospitality services. “Reaching our 30th edition is not only a celebration of longevity but of continuity,” said Joumana Dammous-Salamé, the organiser’s managing director, according to the magazine.
The competitions
The published schedule opens on Tuesday 10 November, when the Hospitality Salon Culinaire begins at 15:00. Its first day includes an army competition in which military teams cook Lebanese starters and mains, a senior cold-sandwich challenge and a best-burger challenge. A best chocolate tart and a mystery-basket competition follow on 11 November.
The Junior Chef Competition takes on hot and cold oriental appetizers, or mezze, on 12 November and a junior chocolate tart on 13 November. A meat training session with chef Tarek Ibrahim is listed for 13 November, and an awards ceremony at 19:55 that evening closes the programme.
Coffee has its own track. The HORECA Barista Competition Lebanon starts on 10 November, and the Latte Art Competition begins on 11 November, with finals and winners’ ceremonies later that evening.
Lebanese products and the talks
HORECA Innovations showcases more than 30 Lebanese-made products chosen by a panel of experts. The organiser lists an awards session for the category on 10 November at 19:00, and the programme includes a Rising Stars category for smaller producers. HORECA Talks, organised by Hospitality News Middle East, is billed as bringing together more than 100 speakers on the trends and challenges facing hospitality and foodservice. There is also a hosted-buyers programme for regional buyers and a job meeting point for employers and candidates.
The organiser says the HORECA name now covers events in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan and Oman as well as Lebanon. For Beirut’s dining scene beyond the show floor, see our reports on Scalini’s opening in downtown Beirut and on Beihouse at MENA’s 50 Best.
